The company has an extensive production which can go back to years of experience and to a special know how.



Injection moulding

We have injection molding plants at our production with a close power till 200 tons. Our experiences and these engines make it possible for us, to inject complicated synthetic material parts. Whether inject around of stampings and wires or the injection of seals made of liquid silicone or TPE is no problem for us!

Punching technology

Our own eccentric press make the punching of contacts made of different tape material possible. Even tinned sheet metals don't represent any problem for us.

Assemply and connecting technology

The product requirements determine the interpretation of the assembly plants, these are generally equipped with 100% examining stations. To achieve an optimal result, the examining stations are adapted to the respective product. We dispose over ultrasonic, resistance welding technology, camera supervisions, high voltage gagings, pressing plants and many other possibilities to manufacture your product with high quality.

Production integrated test technology

Our assembly plants are equipped with a fully automatic, integrated test technology to the avoidance of faulty parts (e.g. camera technology, high voltage gaging, feeling feeler uvm.).
This test technology is adapted to your products exactly. Through these 100% gaging, we guarantee minimal ppm-rates.
