In 1991 Atlanta Elektrosysteme GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Thuringia by  Dipl.-Ing. Dietrich Spigaht and Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Jörg Steinmüller.

The new enterprise took the product area of brush systems of the Atlanta Lüdenscheid group and improved this to the core competence within 10 years. Atlanta Lüdenscheid specialized in the production of the required plastic parts made of thermoplasts, liquid silicones and metal parts. Since 01.01.2005 in Steinbach Hallenberg is the headquarter of the Atlanta Elektrosysteme GmbH with administration, plastic processing, metal processing and assembly of brush systems (half and fully automatically) located.
